About Us:

Accurate Onsite LLC Septic Planners was co-founded by Bill Walker and Andy Hill when Ohio's regulations were updated in 2007.  We were encouraged to get into septic design & planning by a county sanitarian as we were both losing our jobs in rural land development due to a market downturn. We take the results of a soil evaluation by a certified soil scientist and turn it into a site specific septic design--all sites are unique under the new rules. We live in Wayne and Ashland counties, but we’ll work 2-3 counties further out—we’ve had hundreds of designs approved by county sanitarians in at least 16 different counties.  We typically work for current & future homeowners, installers, builders, businesses and governments (grants).
