Regular rates for new and replacement residential designs by county

•  Ashland, Holmes & Wayne  $900

• Coshocton, Crawford, Erie, Huron, Lorain, Medina, Richland & Stark  $950

• Carroll, Knox, Morrow, Wyandot, Sandusky & Seneca $1000

• Harrison $1100

  * Hardin, ***Tuscarawas & Summit $1200

• Our rates are set based on travel time & varying levels of difficulty getting approvals in each county.

• ***Tuscarawas is not that far for us, but due to level of increased scrutiny there are always re-trips and multiple revisions to get a design approved. Recently, they are the most difficult county to deal with out of the 25 we have worked, so we had to raise our price accordingly based on time and miles spent.

• Other counties considered when not too busy/available - Priced by job

  Terms: Payment due at site meeting.
